Upgrading CPU and heatsink possibility's

Hi I was just wondering if it is possible to upgrade the CPU and heatsink on My pavilion 15cs3003ca. currently has default intel i5 10th gen and a heatsink with a single coper rod going to one fan. when ive opened up my laptop i can see it is capable of fitting another fan (if i get two smaller fans since the one bleeds into the space reserved for a second fan) and when ive seen images of the differences between the UMA and discrete versions of my laptop ive seen that there are Dual coper rod heatsinks in models that have dual fans, but ive only been able to find the single coper rod heatsinks online.

To summarize, Id assume that the motherboard can only handle 10th gen Intel CPUs but is it able to handle anything past i5? and if im replacing the CPU does anyone know where to find a Better heatsink that fits this motherboard? finally is there any information on this task that i should know, ie, does this require soldering etc.

No, you have to buy the whole new System Board (if available) with new

   (a) Motherboard,

   (b) CPU with integrated video,

   (c) Dedicated Video card (if applicable),

   (d) Operating system (you can't reuse old license).

Because all above 3 or 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board.
