HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I recently purchased a brand new HP ProBook 450 G7 Notebook which came with 1x 8GB DDR4 2666mhz RAM. I wanted to upgrade this to 32GB RAM, so I purchased 2x new 16GB DDR4 266mhz RAM modules (both identical) to replace the existing single 8GB RAM module. After following the installation instructions (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06481638.pdf pg37) and installing the 2x new 16GB RAM modules, the laptop won't boot up and instead beeps 3 long times and 2 short times. Things I've noticed:

1) If I put back the original 1x 8GB module the laptop boots up successfully

2) If I only install 1x new 16GB module (either module in either slot) the laptop boots up successfully

For some reason the laptop does not like it when both 16GB modules are installed. I have also made sure the bios is updated to the latest version. Any ideas?
