Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi 

I would like to upgrade my RAM from 4gb to 8gb. 
I don’t know what to buy though. 
is there anyone that could assist me with this? 

my laptop is a HP 14-bw056AU

if you need any other details just let me know and I’ll do my best to answer 🙂

 

my operating system is actually 64 bit

Hi:

 

To upgrade the memory in your notebook, you have to remove the 4 GB memory chip and replace it with an 8 GB memory chip, because there is only one memory slot.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual at the link below for the memory upgrade info.
