I want to replace my existing 4 gb ram with CT102464BF160B. Will this work?

Yes your laptop has one memory slot and can take up to 8 gigs of DDR3L-1600, which is what the Crucial memory you ask about is and it will work. The only issue is that on your laptop access to the memory slots is very difficult as it requires removal of the motherboard. See p. 76 of the Service manual here:

About removal of motherboard, I did it before. So there is no problem with it.
