What SSD for uppgrade? The old one is full
Will:
Crucial P3 M.2 NVMe SSD 2TB
and/or
Kingston FURY Renegade PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD 2TB
fit all requirements for the laptop (6W513EA#UUW)

According to chapter 1 of the service manual, the notebook supports Gen 4.0 NVMe SSDs.
Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)
A drive with a heat sink won't fit in your PC.
You need to install one without a heatsink.
