Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Laptop 15s, 11th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.4GHz 2.40 GHz, 8 GB,64-bit operation system.

 I am working in areas where there are from time to time no power supply. Have a Cygnett USC-C 27,000 MAH Chargeup Pro 27K PD. Power output on device via USB C (60W).

1. Can the charge pro be used with my laptop?

2. If so where can I buy a USB-C / power into laptop cable,(not sure what to call it)
