Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba175nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My XP360 convertible has only 18 months. Just 6 months after warranty expires I got several issues as mentioned below:

1 - Battery dead

2 - Display with a center backlight LED dead. It looks like a white spot brighter than the rest os screen (hardware issue)

3 - No way to make bluetooth audio works without cuts in W10. I have tested with several headsets and all show the same issue. I have already reload drivers, etc. If I use a pendrive and boot with linux ubuntu, it works perfectly, so the issue seems to be in HP driver for W10.

4 - HP does not even listen to you after warranty expire.  We have only the community to get help.

For sure my next note will be DELL once the support is much better as weel as the hardware quality.
