Very noisy on start up

HP Recommended
HP 15-ac126
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,
My sons computer makes a lot of noise when it starts up.  Just for a minut or so and ONLY when it starts up !

I've used a sprayduster to try to remove any dust, but it stills make a noise at startup.

When I opened the computer I found out that the heat pipe is a bit loose ( see photo..)

Is it normal or can that be the reason why the computer makes the noise ?

If it is NOT normal, can I then fix it with a very small amount of glue, gum fix, sticky fix or is there another solution.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately my sons computer is 20 months old, so it is no longer under the 1 year warranty by HP Support.

Therefore I cannot get a case number and if I call them, I'll be charged for their service.

I do have 2 years warranty by my dealer, but I would very much appreciate if someone in this forum have any solution or ideas on how to deal with the problem, e.g. what I mentioned earlier about to fix it.

My son is a student on a higher level and it will be very difficult for him to do any work without the computer, even for a short period of time.
