Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

This could be an artifact of a failed setup attempting to install via msi (Microsoft Installer) <windows autostart>.

 

(1) Download and install Autoruns

Information:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

Download:

https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autoruns.zip

 

(2) Send Screenshot of Autoruns Entries and we will check

when i uncheck, it says failed to disabled. what to do? is this a virus?

(2) Run Autorus using right click (run as administrator)

(3) Uncheck settings

(4) Reboot and test again ...
