This is the image of my motherboard HP832A, Laptop 15g br004tu.

The place marked with the red arrow, I want to know is this the place for Graphics card. It looks like a place for the graphics card.

To get the answer to this question, that is not a graphic slot card. 
The place marked with the red arrow is for CPU

For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:

  • What is your question regarding CPU?
  • Are you trying to install dual CPU? 

Note: you cannot have two CPU on the same motherboard.
