Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the question that how many slots of ram are in my computer in the box says that is a HP 14 cm-0132la but in the system it says cm0xxx so i only want to know the maximun of ram that my computer supports (and if that change of 4 gb ram to 8 gb ram would make my laptop more faster in the time of play videogames like LoL or to change windows more faster and without little crashes that makes all the icons going in white?)

Hi,

The notebook has one slot and supports max 8GB of DDR4 1866MHZ RAM. You can insert 2400MHz RAM which is probably easier to find.

Ex:

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Single-PC4-19200-SODIMM-260-Pin/dp/B01BIWKP58/ref=sxin_9_ac_d_rm?ac_m...

On page 35 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06245114

The notebook will never be real fast because of the CPU. You could replace the hard drive with a cheap 2.5" SATA3 SSD such as the Crucial BX500 which would give a boost in everyday use.

Hope it helps,

David
