Hello, I purchased Hp laptop at bestbuy in october 2019. Its keyboard broke now and when I checked my warranty it says to be expired. So partdon my misspells as I am writing this almost disfunctional keys.

 

I found tis link: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05084516 buy it is not iseful \. I tried to contact support but I was informed by a very polite Bot tat I cant  talk to a person because My warranty is expired. Is this kind of a joke?

Thank you for your Reply. Unfortunately, I did check that link before but I can not use it. There is no "dispute this" option in Hp software. There is a "dispiute this" button, but it redirects me to the same, instruction page.

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
