Hi there,

 

I've been trying to place a warranty dispute as it is showing up with the complacently wrong date for my device however the dispute page does not let me submit my dispute. I fill out all my details and it successfully fills in my serial number and product number for me, however I am unable to upload proof of purchase/warranty and the submit box stays greyed out. Also the additional information box at the bottom, the character count does not change when I type in it or not. I have tried on different devices and all seem to be the same.

@RoryOHara I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
