Warranty Dispute site not working

I purchased my laptop September 5, 2020. It is saying my warranty is already expired. I've tried to "dispute my warranty" through the website, but it won't submit. The virtual agent is no help, and there is no other way for me to contact HP. How can I get this dispute submitted?

No, this does not help. I already know where and how to dispute the warranty. It lets me get all the way through uploading a copy of my receipt, but it will not allow me to submit.
