I have created a case for disputing my Warranty with case number [personal info removed]. HP said they will reply back to me in 1 days and it has been weeks and the case is still open. Can anyone give me an update as my warranty will be outdated in 2 days and I have to give my laptop for service.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
