I am purchasing a new HP 15s-GR0010AU Laptop.Now If I change the 1TB HDD(factory setting) by a SATA-III SSD,after proper activation of Windows and registration of the laptop,then will the warranty be rendered void or remain as it is?

Is an ADATA 8GB DDR4 (2666Mhz) compatible with this laptop?

You do not break anything, the computer remains guaranteed
You damage something, and the warranty may no longer work
