HP LAPTOP 17-BY1053DX

I mailed my laptop to HP for warranty repair. They received it on 12/12/20 and stated the expected delivery date would be 12/15/20.

 

They also state on the website if there was any delays that they would notify me, but they haven't yet.

 

Order status on the website states "On Hold" and Track This Shipment states "Shipment Pending." What does all that mean? They haven't got to my laptop yet? It's been almost 4 weeks without any notification. There's no contact numbers or chat windows to actually speak to a warranty representative. The Virtual Agent is virtually useless.

Hi. Two days later after your post I was contacted by someone who gave me link and some help for updating drivers. Hello...Computer is in for a warranty repair. The guy said he'd send the info to the service department, but I have no trust in that. It's been a week, and still no word.

 

Is HP support still in business? Did Covid bankrupt HP?
