My hp warranty has expired so I called hp care to enquire about hp warranty extension and he gave me [edit] this number and asked me to call him but I suspect whether it is genuine or not because he said SRM infoserve pvt ltd and I also got mail for the same where they have mentioned the quotation of warranty extension which is around ₹7000 along with the some certificate of authorization so I just wanted to are they authorized partner of hp?
