Hi guys, I am a bit confused, maybe you can help me out. Just bought this laptop, so when I open Hp Support assistant it shows me I have 10 month left of the Warranty. Shouldn't it be 12 ?

Hello @Gabecito,

 

If you haven't already done so, make sure you refresh the warranty status within HP Support Assistant. 

 

It should normally be 1 year so if you think it is incorrect, use the instructions here to dispute your warranty. You will need your proof of purchase. 

 

Once you file a dispute, HP should be able to resolve your issue.
