Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs1000tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have registered  complaints regarding the battery replacement,  called the toll free number, visited the service center and no one has given a clear response to my problem. Each time I had to invest a lot of energy and time to explain my problem and that I had purchased an extended care pack. Everyone responded with the same response that the battery is not covered in warranty even when it clearly states that N-CSR Battery replace as one of the deliverables. Still the problem has not been resolved.  It is even explicitly stated on this website given by HP itself:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05843717

mine is a 1000 cycle long life battery and it is non removeable. It should be replaced under warranty.
