Web camera not working "No drivers found"

Hp true vision hd camera not working No drivers found

Recently i had Upgraded my Operating system Windows 8.1 pro to Windows 10 pro

From that time onwards the camera is not working 

And It shows an error code

I understand that you are facing issues with webcams. 

Please perform the below steps and check.

1) In Windows, search for and open Device Manager. 

2) Expand the Imaging Devices. 

3) Right-click on the HP Webcam and select Uninstall. 

4) Confirm the uninstallation. 

5) Restart the computer to reinstall the Webcam driver. 

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
2. Check for updates. 
3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
