After installing windows, all drivers were installed from the official site. Among them, there was no driver for the webcam, it installed itself. The device manager sees the camera, writes that it is working properly. All permissions for the camera are set. There are no mechanical buttons to turn the camera on/off. But when I try to run any program that requires a webcam, the LED blinks, but there is no video. The strange thing is that the characteristics of the driver indicate that it was written in 2006. The driver itself cannot be found separately, it is not available on the official website either. Please help me solve this problem. Screenshots are attached.
