Hello @yogesh02
(1) Update touchpad driver
Synaptics TouchPad Driver | 19.5.35.54 Rev.A | 15.3 MB | Mar 2, 2021 | Download |
(2) Shutdown your notebook
(3) Start your notebook
(4) Test again ...
Please report your results.
best regards

Hello @yogesh02
Repeat the touchpad driver installation one again. After you shutdown your notebook, enter bios and load the "bios setup defaults" and test again. If you are still having problems with your touchpad, please contact HP.
Please report your results.

Hello @yogesh02
Downgrade the bios version (to whatever you like) is possible. Ignore the caps lock blinking stuff in the video. The method in the video with the USB stick allows you to reflash a freely selectable HP bios version that you have written to the USB stick.
Please take a look at this very useful youtube video to reflash your bios:

=> Take time, keep cool and test it, please.
Please report your results.
best regards
