What are these square grey coloured components on the motherboard,?

 

My laptop isn't turning on so I opened it and and found that these square grey colour components, only two of them are getting very much hot that is very unusual.

I want to know what are these and maybe they are faulted so I need to change them....

Tampering with your motherboard voids your warranty -- so we are not permitted to assist in that in any way.

 

Besides, the image you posted is not showing in the thread, so we have nothing to see.

Yes, I know it can Void my warranty, but as it is a 5years old machine I can Take things in my own hand. I'm studying electronic engineering.
