What cable do I need to connect HP Envy To Apple Thunderbolt Display?

HP Envy x360 Convertable 15 bp0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have one of the discontinued apple thunderbolt displays. how can I use it with my hp laptop - what other hardware do i need to buy? cables? converters etc? I can't seem to find a clear answer on this.

What is your HP Envy x360 Convertable 15 bp0xx  ? Does it have Thunderbolt port ?

It might just be a USB C port i think the icon next to it is misleading. is there any way to convert it at all?
