Hi @Peebody82,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Unfortunately, no—the RAM is soldered to the motherboard in this model, which means it cannot be upgraded. The HP Chromebook 11-v010nr comes with 2GB or 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM, depending on the variant.
If your Chromebook isn’t connecting to your phone via Bluetooth, try these steps:
Basic Troubleshooting
- Restart your Chromebook and your phone.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth and ensure it’s turned on.
- Make sure your phone is discoverable and not already connected to another device.
- Try forgetting the device and reconnecting.
Reset Bluetooth Settings
- Open Chrome browser.
- Press Ctrl + Alt + T to open Crosh (Chrome Shell).
- Type: bluetooth → press Enter.
- Then type: reset → press Enter.
Update Chrome OS
- Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for updates.
- Install any available updates and restart.
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
