The charging port on my Notebook that I bought as a Christmas gift quit working. What do I do about getting it replaced? I’m being told that the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.
We are not permitted to deal with equipment return issues, including any fees or lack thereof.
You will have to contact where you bought it and ask them -- as there is a time limit within which you can return products for a refund.
