What graphics card will work with my laptop?

I just purchased this laptop and failed to request the dedicated graphics card. How can I tell what graphics cards I can use on this motherboard?

But you can't simply buy and add to its system board, you have to BUY a whole new system board which has

• (a) New motherboard,
• (b) New CPU
• (c) New video card (if available)
• (d) New license for Windows (you can't re-use old license).

Because all above 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board. If you wish, please use page 53 of the following Guide to work this out part # to order (must be very expensive).

Thank you for the quick response. I was afraid that's what I would need to do. Luckily I have another user who can use this one.
