HP Spectre x360 - 13-4030la (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to upgrade my PC a laptop HP Spectre x360, I replaced the SSD Hard Disk (M2) by one of greater capacity. Since a week ago, I go continuosuly Blue Screen and receiving the message Hard Disk Failure ID: 9LXC1S-7PBB0E-MFPWMG-60AW03 when performing a Diagnostic.... What the hell this failure ID means?

These errors are not easily decoded by in most cases indicate either a failed or incompatible drive. If you put your old drive back in does the computer boot ok? If yes then look to either your new drive is not supported due to size or it is defective.
