Product: HP Pavilion cx series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP pavilion gaming Cx series.i am facing some problems with battery recently. When I called customer care, I was asked about pass code. I have no idea what a pass code is. 

I hope any one could help me..
