Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Walmart is selling this laptop but I can't find it anywhere on HP's web site.  Does anybody know what it is?

The model exists on HP's website but there are no specs for it.

There is a service manual listed, and W10 drivers.
