15t-ep000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to build a new HP Envy x360 i7 15t-ep000 to purchase at the HP store and I am undecided between these two options :

1) 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD + 256 GB PCIe®  (two hard drives I guess in raid 0)
2) 512 GB Intel® SSD + 32 GB Intel® Optane™ memory

Which would be faster? Could I eventually add a second 512 GB Intel® SSD + 32 GB Intel® Optane™ memory to the second option? (I believe Optane SSDs cannot be put in Raid)

Does anybody have any experience with this intel SSDs with Optane support?

I don't really care about size. In fact, I would have more than enough with just 128 GB, but all intel i7 come with 16 GB RAM (which I don't need either) and large drives.

I need the computer for intensive zoom video conferencing (at least 5 hours a day), internet browsing, e-book reading, and streaming (no gaming)

I had a bad experience with an HP Envy AMD Ryzen model, which was great (in both value and speed), but incompatible with zoom video (there is a long thread on this community about it)
