Unfortunately, no one can tell you that because there are no specifications or programs that provide that information.

 

Theoretically, the sky's the limit as long as the NVMe drive is single-sided.

 

The service manual indicates that HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 1 TB in the model series but that is just what HP offered not the maximum capacity supported.

For example, the Crucial SSD report for the model series indicates that they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB.
