Hi:

 

You will find the memory upgrade info in the service manual I posted to your other reply.

 

2 x 1 GB is the max.   See chapter 1.

But sir is there any way to increase the supported limit. I can do anything for it. such as upgrading bios or even doing something with the motherboard. please tell me.

If you have larger capacity DDR2 memory chips laying around, you can see if 2 x 2 GB will work.

 

I can only go by what the manual tells you.
