I need to replace the motherboard in my laptop because the GPU went out. I've look all over and can't find it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Firstly please edit your post and remove the s/n of your machine and do not post its s/n on Internet.
The following link shows the list of parts for your machine and it uses PC board part # 682040-001
