Hello! I would like to know if my laptop can support and SSD and if so what kind? I would also like to know if I can have the SSD and my current HDD working together or if I would need to replace the HDD.

Hi:

 

If you want to upgrade to a SSD, you will need to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
