@Kristovski,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Information is indeed difficult to come by.   I am quite confident that the HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000's M.2 SSD slot supports M.2 NVMe 2280 PCIe PCIe Gen 3 x 4.

I base this on the fact that several users of this laptop with an UMA motherboard (Intel i5-1135G7) had M.2 NVMe Gen3 x4 SSD's installed, such as this user: HP LAPTOP PC 15-DW3000 Performance Results - UserBenchmark

 with a "Hikvision E3000 256GB M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe SSD # HS-SSD-E3000/256G PCIe Gen3 x4", achieving an "Outstanding" UserBenchMark [dot] com 239% Drive bench score.

Please note, I wouldn't choose this particular brand, but rather something like Samsung 970 EVO Plus PCIe Gen 3 x4 NVMe Internal SSD.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
