  1. Hard Reset:

    • Turned off the laptop.

    • Unplugged the charger and removed the battery (if removable).

    • Pressed and held the power button for 20 seconds.

    • Then plugged the charger back in and turned it on — still black screen.

  2. External Display Test:

    • Connected my laptop to an external monitor using HDMI.

    • Pressed Fn + F4 to switch the screen — still no display.

  3. BIOS Check:

    • Turned the laptop on and immediately pressed Esc repeatedly — nothing shows up.

  4. Tried BIOS Recovery:

    • Held Windows + B keys, then pressed the power button for 2–3 seconds.

    • No beep, screen still black.

The fan runs and the power light turns on, but the screen stays completely black — no logo, no cursor.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
