Hard Reset:
Turned off the laptop.
Unplugged the charger and removed the battery (if removable).
Pressed and held the power button for 20 seconds.
Then plugged the charger back in and turned it on — still black screen.
External Display Test:
Connected my laptop to an external monitor using HDMI.
Pressed Fn + F4 to switch the screen — still no display.
BIOS Check:
Turned the laptop on and immediately pressed Esc repeatedly — nothing shows up.
Tried BIOS Recovery:
Held Windows + B keys, then pressed the power button for 2–3 seconds.
No beep, screen still black.
The fan runs and the power light turns on, but the screen stays completely black — no logo, no cursor.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
