HP Laptop Model: 15-db0044na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Bought 2 years ago this HP Laptop at local shop, and warranty is already done, so to fix this computer - needs extra right now.

Wanted to understand what I should do best.

Have tried the following steps: as written here

But that didn't solved anything. So have checked everyhting, even installed on empty USB flash drive Windows 10, from official Microsoft website and tried to launch notebook from this USB and try to restore or even re-install Windows system. But It won't be finding even the hard disk to recover or do anything.

I do believe, Its' hardware related, probably hard drive or SATA cable have some issues.

Please have a look here and let know what should do next.

Thanks,

Best regards,

Elias

@EliasSmithereen If you've followed all the steps mentioned in the link you've posted, and yet the issue persists, it's most likely a hard drive failure and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
