I have been searching  part number 926875-001 (fan assembly) in Germany and I can't seem to find it anywhere; its strange that hp itself does not offer the spare part. Any link from where I can order would be helpful. thanks.

@Ijlal I suggest you make use of the HP Parts Store, click here to visit it, if that doesn't work, the universal part number should help you order it online using the local online stores such as eBay, Amazon, etc...and use international shipment to get the device! if that's not an option, have you checked with HP support in Germany? Is your device under HP warranty?

Hi, thanks for the reply. However, I tried the HP Parts Store, and it lists the part as (cannot be ordered). I also tried amazon.de and ebay, but nothing is available locally. I guess I will need to have it shipped internationally 😕

@Ijlal I understand, perhaps, if the device is under warranty, you could get the device repaired/replaced free of charge and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options,

follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

 

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
