I've just replaced the fan and now I don't have a network adaptor. I'm sure I've probably forgotten to plug something back in but I've opened everything up and can't find anything loose. I can't find a service manual for this model anywhere, I'm hoping an exploded parts image will help me resolve the problem. Any ideas?

Have you tried support.HP.com. You should be able to download the maintenance and service guide there.
