trying to replace cmos or rtc battery on device, opened it up as you can see by the pictures but cannot find where it is located, that if there are cmos jumpers on it unsure where to find. If anyone can point me in the right direction based off the pictures would be appreciated.

There isn't any. The main battery also serves the function of an RTC battery. Also no CMOS jumpers. Laptops generally do not have them. What exactly do you wish to accomplish?
