Pavilion laptop 14-al104na

Hi there,

I've got a HP Pavilion 14-al104na Laptop, Intel Core, product ID 26J28EA#ABU.

Received the Primary (internal) Battery (601) warning upon login, then ran the battery test and got a failure ID of RTV4X5-88CA76-MFPX6K-C0EK03.

Which battery do I need to purchase as a replacement and do you have any official suppliers in Vietnam, where I'm currently based?

Thanks

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post I did decode the failure ID and it refers to battery failure.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
