Hello sir/mam ,

I recently brought Hp14s er0002tu and it is amazing laptop but i think i have to upgrade it so my question is that upgradation of ram or ssd will void warranty ? and secondly which should be upgraded first ssd or ram for hp14s er0002tu .

According to the HP specs page, that model came with an old SATA HDD, and one of the slowest out there.

 

So, if this was mine, I would replace the HDD with a SATA SDD of the same capacity.  That will vastly improve the performance of the laptop, much more than adding more RAM.
