Why does my laptop shuts down when the fan is working more than usual? i am using my laptop connected to power supply always as it shuts down when it is removed from power.

the battery is probably damaged, do a battery test. When power on the device press the F2 key several times, enter diagnostics and there select the battery and run the test and see if it passes or gives a failure ID.

That usually means that the processor has reached a trigger temperature at which it shuts down the laptop to protect it.
You will need to have your laptop cleaned of possible obstructions of airflow and the thermal interface material replaced.
Dust may be clogging the fins of the processor cooling.
Take a look at the intake and exhaust ports of your laptop.
You can use PC compressed air in a can or air at less than 5psi (0.344738 Bar) to blow into the ports.
