Why is it impossible for someone to help me get details about a repair? The whatsapp service is useless and there is no direct number to call from UK. The website is super confusing as well with loads of pages and links to go through.

Please can someone tell me how I can speak with someone about a broken hinge on an Envy x360 and a quote for repair.
