HP Notebook - 14s-cf2042tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I just bought a new laptop, it's a HP Notebook - 14s-cf2042tu and the right side beside the touchpad heats up easily, I googled it and I read that the left side should be the one that's heating up because the battery is located there. Then why is my right side the one heating up? thanks

What exactly did you googling
because in function we can find everything and anything
But having said that, it is certainly simple!
in one place you have the processor CPU and or GPU these are two elements that produce a lot of heat, and which are not in the same place

this can be the ventilation system, an SSD memory module (although these should not heat up very much)
see the manual here
