Product: HP Notebook - 15-db0051od

Went to turn on computer Saturday am after shutting it off Friday evening. Computer turns on but only has a black screen under battery power or AC.  Windows did an upgrade approximately 1-2 days prior to this.

I understand that you are getting a blank screen. I'd like to help!

Did you happen to check with an external monitor to see if it's an issue with the display or other hardware issues?
