Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G39AV)

Hello HP support, I bought this Victus 16.1inch laptop with AMD 7/6500 day befor yesterday, it's not even been 48 hours now. 

 

 This laptop has a yellowish tint and screen bleeding issue from left corner to middle. The whole screen has it but somewhere more or less. Now in the very first hour of buying this laptop for around ₹102000 I started noticing these issues. From that hour only I opened a case at HP website ,My case ID is [Personal Information Removed] 

 

There WhatsApp support is horrible. Infact what they were doing there is called harrasment not support.

 

I have mailed them gave them the required proof they asked for but still no response. I called there support and after 20 minutes of talks I was asked to wait for 2 hours to get a call from respective support team. Guess what, no call.

 

I have escalated the issue at servicehead @ hp and now if there also I see this irresponsible behaviour [content removed]

 

All I have been asking is either for a replacement or a refund. I have completed everything in a timely and finest manner one can. Didn't expected this from HP.

I have a small update. I tried solving these with HP WhatsApp support India, mails, phones and everything.

#HPIndia whatsapp support is par above horrible and there is no limit of disgust and harrasment you will have to face here. Mails sometimes gets answered with the same queries that you have already told multiple times loud and clear. Phone support gets disconnected as soon as you are done explaining the issue.

 

Now I took the help of the local vendor I bought this laptop from and we agreed for a replacement. Now by paying a few more thousands (K's) I bought this OMEN which is HP's so called premium series and guess what. This laptop also have the same issues.

Yellowish tint and screen bleeding.
