I would like to ask if there is a chance of upgrading a GPU to something more serious?

 

Now I have Quadro p2000 4gb.

Which zBook G5 are you talking about ? 15" or 17" ? For 17" machines you have option to replace  Discrete MXM daughter card. My experience was (not for HP machine) I had to replace charger too, same principle as replacing video card on desktops.

 

Anyway the following manual shows available Discrete MXM daughter cards on page 76. Please check their requirement wattage, you may need to replace uor current charger.
